Lots on this weekend - still some help needed!

Sorry this is so long but there is a lot going on and we don't want anyone to miss important info.

Erikslund Festival

The Erikslund Festival is on this Saturday. The meeting time for P14s on Saturday has been changed to 11:30 due to the later start of the first match. The match schedule is shown below.

In addition:

- We need help with BBQ (2-3 people, please!) and cake/coffee sales between 12:00 and 14:30. We also need help cleaning up after the matches finish. Therese Holgersson is the contact person on the day. Contact Simon Grant or Therese Holgersson if you can help.

- We need both cakes and coffee in thermoses that we can sell. Please mark your thermos so we can get it back to you.

- On Sunday, we will be fundraising by selling cakes, coffee and burgers during the senior game between 12:00 and 14:30ish. We have some helpers organised but need cakes/coffee on Sunday too and if there are players who can help out it would be appreciated. Simon Grant is the contact person on Sunday.

Other team stuff:

- We need to collect all payments for the toilet papaer sales asap, see the Facebook posts for more details. Most people are swishing the entire amount to Filip on 070 555 40 52 and we prefer that, but we can take cash. Put the entire amount in an envelope with name and amount and give to Filip or Simon. Great job everyone on this

- We have some extra toilet papper and hushålls papper sacks and we earn the full amount if we sell these so if you can sell more please let me know and we can give you some on Saturday

- Viking Cup - please let Erik know if there is interest in participating asap (details on Svenskalag and Facebook)

Great thanks Jenny - both teams are meeting at the same time 11:30. Players might be moved between teams week by week so (so far) there are no 100% set teams.
