Coaches meeting to kick off the season, network (with BBQ, thanks to CGs) and to present a club coaching approach that can be used throughout all the levels. Ultimately the objective is to create a "Red Thread" through the club on how we coach that reflects rugby and our clubs values.
Anthony will lead this with the main objective/outcome of the session to understand this coaching approach and how we can start to develop this into each levels drills.
So whats instore, some discussion (informal around the table), BBQ and activity training session so bring a notepad and pen along with some gear!
In addition to this, we can also discuss coaches availability this coming season and how we can support.
