EKF P16 Training

We continue our injury-preventive ramp up ahead to get everyone ready for USM 2025. This session will continue the work from Wednesday, so bring enough water since we don't have access to fresh water at the pitch. Next week we will get back to more rugby union specific training, so look forward to that!
